Burrow & Bloom Learning Kits are designed to provide a gentle, self-paced learning experience for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who want to better understand themselves and their unique experiences. Each kit combines educational content with guided reflection and practical activities to help you build self-awareness, explore your strengths and challenges, and develop strategies that feel supportive and realistic.
Rather than focusing on "fixing" who you are, these resources encourage self-acceptance, curiosity, and compassionate growth. Whether you're newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility that you're neurodivergent, or simply looking to deepen your understanding, each Learning Kit offers a safe space to learn, reflect, and apply what resonates with you.
While these resources are educational in nature and not a substitute for professional care, they are designed to help you feel more informed, empowered, and connected to your own journey of self-discovery.

Neurodiversity 101
Welcome to Neurodiversity 101, a growing collection of on-demand learning presentations created to help you better understand neurodiversity in a gentle, accessible, and judgment-free way.
Every other month, a new presentation will explore a different topic related to Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and other aspects of neurodivergent life. Whether you're newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to deepen your understanding, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
