Hi. My name is Maeghan and I’m a late diagnosed Autistic ADHDer. Since receiving my diagnosis, I decided to start an online community for other neurodivergent folks to collectively come together to share their experiences, ask for advice and to just chat about life. I’ve learned a lot from the community members and I can't imagine my life without them :) On this site you'll find how to join the community, credible resource guides, professional development training information offered at The Holistic Heart and fun merch!

 Learning that I am neurodivergent inspired me, attending a group therapy for neurodivergence (where I made some amazing new connections) inspired me. But also realizing that there isn’t much out there on the internet for the neurodivergent community to talk about their experiences, frustrations and everything in between.
