An inclusive space for the neurodivergent community
An inclusive space for the neurodivergent community
This is a safe, inclusive, and empowering space created by and for neurodivergent people—including those who are Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, and more. We also welcome allies, families, educators, & advocates who are committed to building a more understanding and accessible world. Our community is here to celebrate the full spectrum of neurodivergent experiences.
Our mission is to create a vibrant, safe, and affirming space where neurodivergent people can connect, be heard, and thrive—exactly as they are. We celebrate neurodiversity as a natural and valuable part of human variation and work to dismantle ableism, stigma, and exclusion. Whether you're seeking belonging, advocacy, education, or empowerment, this community is here to grow with you 🩵
We prioritize neurodivergent voices, especially those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, along with their leadership and lived experiences. This is a community space created by us, for us, with room for allies who listen, learn, and support without centering themselves. Through our articles, courses, and discussion forums, we provide valuable resources that enhance understanding and support for neurodiversity.
Everyone in the neurodiversity community should be free to unmask, stim, communicate, and exist in ways that feel right to them, whether they have Autism, ADHD, or identify as AuDHD. There’s no “wrong” way to be neurodivergent here, and there are plenty of resources, articles, and courses available for support and discussion.
In our community, we honor boundaries, emotional safety, and mutual respect, especially for those with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD. Our support means showing up with care in discussions and providing resources, not pressure or performance. We also offer courses and articles on neurodiversity to enhance understanding and foster a supportive environment.
We are committed to reducing barriers—sensory, cognitive, financial, or social—especially for individuals within the neurodiversity community, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. From day one, accessibility is integral to our design, ensuring that our resources, courses, and articles support meaningful discussion and engagement for everyone.
We embrace the full spectrum of neurodiversity, recognizing all intersections—race, gender, sexuality, culture, and class. Our community includes individuals with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, highlighting our diverse experiences. Our strength lies in this diversity, and we are committed to providing resources, courses, and support for meaningful discussion around these topics.
We're all learning, unlearning, and evolving within our community. We value accountability and compassion over shame or perfectionism as we navigate discussions around neurodiversity, including ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism. These principles guide our courses and the articles we share, providing valuable resources and support for everyone.
